Our blank metal cards have two kind of materials, stainless steel and aluminum. Stainless steel is anti-corrosion and not easy to be bent. Aluminum is light-weight and anti-corrosion.Several Surface Treatment – Plating, Anodizing, Baking Painting, PolishingVariety of Sizes – 66mm-100mm Length; 22mm-60mm Width; 0.25mm-1mm thickness Please choose the right size according to you projects before ordering.
Note: Light shooting and different displays may cause the color of the items in the picture to be slightly different from the real object.
Application
Commonly used for – Nameplate, doorplate, trophy plaques, desk tag, label tag, serial number tag, metal sign and many other crafting needs.Suitable for using with – Laser engraving and can also be used for stamping and other engraving methods.Several surface treatment – Plating, anodizing and baking painting. It is recommend to print text and pattern with baking painting; Plating and anodizing can be printed and laser engraving text and pattern.
Sign plate can help you to distinguish the document cabinets. It’s more efficient for your work. Or you can make a nameplate for your machine and equipment.
Notice
Since our metal cards were cut from a big metal sheet, the edges could not ensure smooth completely. Please wear gloves to sand the edges by using fine sandpaper or a grinding wheel before you process the cards.
Only one side is covered with a protective film(Remove the protective film when using), please print or engrave words on this side;
Due to the surface treatment process of the raw material, the other side cannot be covered with protective film. So it probably left slight abrasion during the transportation(It is not recommended to print and engrave words on this side).
